Setting up an email campaign on Instantly.ai

We have data loaded into Instantly and have purchased pre-warmed email addresses. We have also purchased a new domain (similar to our main domain) to use as the forwarding address so that emails from the pre-warmed addresses look to have been sent from our domain. We need someone to set this up properly for us including the correct domain settings. Ideally we would like the responses to connect directly with our Go High Level CRM so we can manage the leads from there.
