Set up and manage a twice-monthly email marketing campaign

We provide a 3rd party logistics and prep service for Amazon sellers.

I have a list of email addresses that belong to exiting and potential customers and I’m collecting more each day. Email addresses are collected via a from on my website, the name an email address of the lead is emailed to a dedicated inbox for collation. New email addresses need to be added to the mail list each month.

I want to send a promotional email twice each month. The email will consist of different content each time. It will consist of a preview (and link to) the latest blog article, any current promotional offers, promotion of our services and any internal news such as new staff members or new service features.

The design and layout of the email will be up to you but must be consistent each time and must conform to the brand standard. There must be an “unsubscribe” button on the email so to conform with GDPR.

I will pay £25 for the setup and to send the first email, £15 per month after that. Please start your proposal with the word “racecar” so that I know you’ve read this description. I will require a chat on Zoom to discuss details and make sure the freelancer has clarity and shares my vision.
