Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Here’s a tighter, sharper version with clear emphasis on **UK-based experience**:
---
**Referral Strategist & Marketer (UK-based)**
We’re looking for an experienced **UK-based Referral Strategist & Marketer** to design and launch a referral programme for **Empty Property Hunters**.
This is an ongoing project for **[www.emptypropertyhunters.co.uk](http://www.emptypropertyhunters.co.uk)**.
We’re an established UK business with **3,000+ customers** and a strong brand. Our goal is to scale **organically through customer referrals**.
We currently use **Salesforce CRM** and **Mailchimp**.
This is not about generic marketing ideas. We’re looking for someone who has **designed, launched and scaled referral programmes in practice**—and can show what actually worked.
### You must have hands-on experience with:
* Designing referral programmes from scratch
* UK-appropriate incentive and reward structures (including **cash-based rewards**)
* Referral tracking, attribution and reporting
* Selecting and implementing referral software
* Clearly positioning and marketing referral propositions
### To be considered, your proposal must include:
* **Referral software you have personally implemented or managed** (not just reviewed)
* **1–2 short case studies** of similar referral programmes you’ve delivered
* The **business types** you’ve worked with
* The **platform you recommend for a UK-based, reward-led referral programme**, and why (concise is fine)
We want to work with someone who understands **how people actually refer in the UK**, not how referral programmes look on slides.
If you’ve built and scaled referral programmes and can evidence that experience, we’d love to hear from you.
