Promotional Flyer

I'm looking for a promotional flyer for the business that follows inline with everything we are currently running and sits within the branding guidelines for Sovereign - www.sovereign-office.com -- i will give examples on how this works below with attachments and provide the logos. I'm looking for someone to work with regular that can template a promotional background and then just change the content.
