Task 1)

1a) We have an excel table with a e-mail list of our customers
1b) You must copy this e-mail list and e-mail them all with our marketing e-mail message
1c) Once you done that you must give me the full email list in a word document, single line
1d) I will give you a script to send to all our customers

Task 2) You must review our online stores and give feedback

1a) You must look at our online stores on: ricardo.ch, ebay.ch and tutti.ch and give us marketing feedback etc.
1b) You must come up with ideas to increase sales and optimize the store, so it has greater appeal and we make more business
1c) You must write us a word document with a detailed review and feedback on our stores, and ways to improve it
1d) You must suggest good future products for us to source and buy, to put on our stores, with your research. We specialise in smartphone accessories.
