Increase the visibility/bookings for a school theatre company

I have run my own one-man interactive theatre company for schools for 16 years. I have recently taken on three actors and I want to increase my bookings and get my company noticed by more schools. The company website is www.stepsintime.uk

I am looking for someone initially for 2-3 hours a week and they must be based in the UK.

Tasks would involve
- Running email marketing campaigns using GMass (or similar)
- Increasing the company's presence on Facebook
- Creating other marketing schemes and sourcing contacts

There will be NO cold calling of schools!

This might suit a new graduate or a parent looking for part-time work. Experience of working in schools or at least knowledge of how schools run, year groups, term dates etc. would be a bonus.

I'd love to foster a good working relationship with this person and there may be on-going work in the future. It would be great to work with someone who has a passion for education and/or theatre.
