I need some free advice

I have recently launched a website for people to sell second hand items, the website has been marketed using ads on Facebook, Instagram and google. I am getting website traffic but no conversions. I would like some honest advice ideally from someone experience in marketing, on what I can do to improve this and if anything needs changing on my website.
