Etsy Store - Proof of concept

I am looking for someone to assess and outline what it would realistically take—in both time and budget—to generate approximately $300 in revenue from my Etsy store.

I need a clear, fixed estimate of the total cost and timeframe required to reach this level.

THIS MUST BE A FIXED-SCOPE TEST WITH A DEFINED BUDGET AND TIMEFRAME AGREED IN ADVANCE.

To answer this advert successfully you must provide a BUDGET AND TIMEFRAME that will get us to $300 in revenue.

Once reached we will then discuss how to improve and move forwards with the store.

How long it will take to reasonably determine whether the product can reach ~$300 in revenue

Whether you will rely on Etsy traffic, ads, organic traffic.
Whether any external platforms are required

Total cost
Your management fee
Recommended ad spend / content creatiion.
Any additional costs are to be confirmed now and not once the project has started.

What specific metrics you will use to determine if this is working
At what point you would scale vs stop

The realistic likelihood of reaching ~$300
What would cause this not to work

I want a clear, fixed-scope test with defined cost, timeframe, and outcome so I can decide whether to continue investing after this stage. Or if there is a better route for my business.
