4 page A5 size folded flyer

I require the design of a creative four page flyer to promote our homecare services. The flyer will need to be of A5 size after folding an A4 sheet.

The design should focus on communicating our passion for providing quality care and support to assist people to live independently at home. Visuals play an important role hence illustrations or infographics may be included to highlight the various services conveniently. A clean, minimal yet appealing layout will help the key messages and call to action stand out.
