Pinterest help

I need someone to look at my pinterest account (@dental_architect) and let us know what's going wrong. I have an account with a lot of posts, but a very low view count. So I would like:

i) Someone to analyse and give me a short report on what I need to do to for future posts laying out clear instructions as to how to get a better structure the posts
ii) Someone to update our existing posts as per the report
