My friend's Google Page is suspended and I need help

I am seeking assistance to re-activate my friend's business listing within Google Maps and Search. As the owner of a local taxi firm, an unexpected suspension of his company page has negatively impacted online discoverability. While the root cause remains unclear, this unexpected change has hindered customers from readily finding transportation options through Google's platforms.

I am looking to engage a freelancer who can examine my business listing and profile to determine the factors that potentially triggered this suspension. We tried doing another google page, with different email and telephone number because on the initial page we didn't get the SMS or Voice Call from Google and also the Videos were not validating because still Google says it doesn't comply to their guidelines even if we did and uploaded 5 sepparate videos and still we cannot check the business. Can someone help us configure the Google Page and maybe try to validate the adress by post in Romania Europe since the other 3 mothods didn't worked ? The Taxi business Page has a different name that in the name from which the company is registered for tax purposes by the authorities.

A previos freelancer tried to assist us for 3 months but without succeess. I will be happy to release the funds as soon as the page is visible in Google Maps.
