Marketing/affiliate scheme assistance

I need someone to help me get some quick and very visible results for my client in terms of corporate partnerships and affiliate programmes, as well as selling in a special corporate offer. Also need someone to advise and work with me on how best to approach this task. Need someone with a proven track record in putting such partnerships in place and experience in getting through the door. Need to have this done in the next couple of weeks. I have a database of businesses (it's for two different restuarants in Leeds) to use. You will not be client facing - you will be working for me as my contractor.
