We require a list of information on ENT congresses in Japan.

We are a manufacturer of medical equipment for ENT doctors and would like to attend an ENT congress in Japan in order to find a suitable distributor for our products. This means we would like to attend the most relevant congress and the largest congress that will allow us to see which companies are exhibiting at the congress.

Due to language differences we are not able to do this work ourselves.

We require someone to do web research as well as calling up the event organisers should we have any specific questions about attending.

We will provide a spreadsheet for you to fill in which will include information such as; congress name, website, list of exhibitors (exhibitor details is available), number of delegates.

Once we have a shortlist we will also require you to find out of it is possible to attend as a delegate and what the costs are.

We will also like you to look for "audiology" congresses. They are very similar industries however it may also be useful to meet distributor who specifically target audiologists.

This will be suitable for people with a native or excellent level of Japanese.

There are quite a few Japanese organisations in this field, e.g. "The ORL Society of Japan", "The Society of Practical Otolaryngology", "The Japan Otological Society", "Japan Audiological Society" and others that are specific to ENT.

We would like to know about the main congresses or the big events that draw the largest number of exhibitors and delegates (primarily for ENT Doctors).
