Mandarin to English translation

We have some videos from the Shijiazhuang region of China. We need them transcribing into english. Each video is up to 2 hours long. They are interviews (2 people alternately speaking - can be quite fast). We need these transcribing as soon as possible - immediate start. The subject matter is cleaning in the home and showing some new product concepts to people. The videos will need timings adding every few minutes.

Would prefer a fixed price per video.
