Looking for a competent and savvy Sina Weibo user who is capable of setting up a fan page, and can translate Mandarin for an up and coming music artist.
An up and coming music artist is looking for someone who has Sina Weibo knowledge to run a fan page on their behalf, and upload music to popular web sites. They must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Looking for someone who can think outside the box, and already has first hand Sina Weibo experience.
This will be an ongoing project and time required will be between 4 to 5 hours a week.
