Management Accounting projection sanity check

I am writing a business plan for a new business, this is going well - but I've butchered an old excel spreadsheet and just kept on expanding. I intend to apply to banks etc for support and will need something more robust, but also flexible - because obviously more costs etc will creep in (i'll just have to jack up the sales projections!)

I would like to work with an experienced Management Accountant who can help me to turn my work into a industry standard format which would tick the boxes for most readers. I need both a 12 month forecast and something around 3 years which might get an investor excited.

I am based in South London and would like to do this with a Face to Face or Sykpe element.

Experience in producing pitches / business development financial projects would be ideal.
