Making changes to a form

Making minor changes to a quotation form script.

Making changes such as:

Fixing a css issue where it messes up in internet explorer.

Ive added more forms, unsure how to get the information sent to the email.

Moving the cart, in which information is stored to stay constant to a set of fields.

slight visual changes with the pdf, where the information from the form is saved and sent.

One or two bug fixes with the actual form.
