Make my website render on mobile phones

I am looking for someone to help me get my html 5 wordpress website (www.jonathanlea.net) to render on mobile devices. At present when you open a link to my site on a mobile device you have to minimise the screen (zoom in) in order to view the text of a post on a mobile device. Ideally I'd like the work done within a week and willing to pay a fair price to someone who can do the job well/correctly.
