Make my website look more professional and sleek

I have already built up my website using sandbox... But I would just like someone to make it look better!!! More professional, more sleek and sexy!! I'm a private chef, my wife a nutritional therapist and personal fitness instructor.. We work for very high profile clients and need a website that will reflect that...
