Make edits to a footer design for web-page

Need a designer with good Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills to create very specific page footer building on existing assets from illustrator and photoshop.

Based on the footer attached file with a couple of edits including making the right hand side swoop down more gradually and re-arranging some of the rice-crispys.
