Make and install 5x sliders for wordpress website - tyre & fast-fit industry

Hi, I've had a website cloned www.truckwheelalignment.co.uk and put onto another URL - www.triumphroadtyres.co.uk - I now need some new industry related sliders/gaphics making to suit the new site. I.e. banners, jpegs etc. I also need them uploading to the new site when signed off. So in short i need some tyre related/my brand related graphics making and uploading to the relevent parts of the site.

More information will be given on commission. Please see attached slider examples for an idea of what I require.
