Make a simple Word document look good.

I have a simple word document that I would like to make look presentable. It needs to have the company logo (which I will provide), company details on each page, a cover page, and all the headings / sub-headings made to look good. I will also require a blank copy which will be used as a template for future reports.

Successful candidate must be able to start immediately, complete the job today and must be willing and able to sign, scan and send a non-disclosure act (provided by me) before I send any information.

I would like it to have a professional finish.
