Make a CD case with front and back cover

I am looking for someone to create a professional looking CD case with images for my University portfolio.

The case must hold a 1 CD but the design can be of any style. Wallet, jewel, handmade etc. As long as it looks cool and professional.

I would like a front and back cover (and spine if relevant) I will supply all the images and text so it is just the actual case and printed images needed.

I will pay extra for whatever the postage cost will be to send the finished product to my address.

My deadline is in 8 days so if anyone can help that would be great.
