Maintain and develop my Wordpress Holiday Rental Website

I have an existing holiday rental website, It has been live in it's current form since March 2011 and it has worked reasonably well since then, up to a point.

***The most important thing***
I have some properties which I manually input date availability data and some which I want to sync with a third-party database, currently this sync does not work and it needs to work urgently. It used to work but my current developer seems to have lost it and cannot seem to make the sync work anymore!

After this urgent remedy I want to add to and enhance the current site and have a list of requirements, the full brief of extra requirements is in the attached word doc, please let me know if you can't read this for any reason.

It is very important that the successful bidder really can do everything that is on my requirement list.

I am a graphic designer and can supply all the graphic elements required and I am very particular about how things look and work.

Please do not bid if you cannot fulfill all the requirements to a high and exacting standard and in a very short time frame.
