MailChimp coding for a HTML newsletter

I know they all say it, but this should be a straightforward job for someone who regularly uses MailChimp.

I'm used to sending plain HTML newsletters using Constant Contact, but now I need to set up a template in MailChimp, and as I've never used it I need someone familiar with the MC coding to save me having to learn it all.

The template is almost finished, and I can send a link and a description of the regions to anyone interested. I just need the usual stuff set up - editable sections, removabe and repeatable regions and so on. I also need you to tell me how to upload it, and the images, to MC as I couldn't immediately see how to upload images when using your own coding.

Finished in the next few days would be nice.
