Magneto Commerce - Web Consultant / Design

I am about to begin constructing a Magneto Commerce website for my small business. The website is in mid-development, and I am looking for someone who can help consult me with their experience for things I might have overlooked on my website, and possibly add a little more design to make it look much more professional.
In addition, my business provides service to our customers products, so they have to send their product in to us. I want them to be able to pick the service they want, and upon check out be able to print a shipping label to send their product in to us. I have no idea how to do this, and would like to see some examples of ways to do this and estimates of how many hours it will take for you to set that up.
Would like to possibly start this weekend.
