Magento Webshop and Server hack cleanup

We are a Charitable Enterprise that helps to alleviate Poverty via Projects that provide Training, Development and Employment opportunities for Poor and underprivileged people.

We completed our magento e-commerce website but our server got hacked from a stored password on an unprotected computer. We are now experiencing changes to htaccess files, redirects, downloads to customer PC and sometimes google blocks.

Unfortunately we had no backups on the day of the hack - so we need someone that is able to help cleanup the site - Everything on the site can be deleted and restored from our backup apart from our two webshop folders
/shop (live e-commerce site)
/websbox (dev and test e-commerce sites)

We are wanting
1) a cleanup and removal of all bugs from the site - perhaps restoring the site, cleaning up these 2 e-commerce folders and restoring those.

2) Updates to our magento e-commerce shop to make (the already completed web shop) appear properly on other web browsers apart from firefox.

3) Put in the necessary security on our server space or propose new solutions to prevent future hacks.

To apply for this role : You must provide evidence of work with magento, e-commerce as well as web / server security.
