Magento Web Design/Development Project for Luxury E-commerce Site

We are seeking a web designer to help us implement some changes to our luxury jewellery brand and e-commerce site. We use the Magento 1.1.4. platform.

We need someone to help us make some changes to the homepage - mainly adding video and media to the page. We also need a new contacts page.

The majority of the work on the site will be adding media and images to our Press page, and designing a new section of the site that is login access only for select members of press and customers to download images and documents.

The new pages/sections will need to be consistent with the brand image, visual theme and layout of the site.

It would also be helpful if you could provide an estimate of cost/how much time it would likely be to implement these changes. Links to previous work would also be helpful.
