Magento theme install

I require a magento theme installing and activating in magento. i am running one magento 1.7 install on a shared host (free virtual servers). the magento install has also been configured to run as multi shop with two shops at present, this theme will be installed for shop A.

i also need clear instructions once you are done on how you did the install so in future i can do this myself a si am planning to have many more shops / websites added.

this job is urgent.

i will be supplying the theme (which is shop bought) and also has installation instructions but they are not clear and i could not follow them, hence i need a magento expert.
