Magento theme css changes

I have used Magento them em0006 as a layout for my clients e-Commerce website.
I have re-designed the colour scheme in Photoshop, pretty much just a background colour change. As the bg colour change is from light to dark, the text colours will be changed from black to white. Some buttons and and some images may need the bg edited to accomodate the new dark bg.

Magento 1.6.2 is installed;
The new theme is installed and working;
A few test categories and products are in place;
I have a photoshop file of the new design so the bg images can be taken from there.

I require the new design be implemented via the css files, and the logo inserted.
