Magento Theme and extensions installing

I have a Magento website that I need the theme & some extensions installing based on the brief, which needs to work on Mobiles and be responsive so Ideally using Twitter bootstrap & HTML5, I also require someone to start on this project asap.

This is a break down roughly what I need theming applied to

1.Home
2.Sign-in
3.Create Account
4.Shopping Basket
5.Checkout process (6 pages - My Basket, Log-in/Register, Address, Shipping, Payment, Thank you)
6.My Account (5 pages – Personal details, Things I love, My (saved) address, Order history, logout)
7.Contact us
8.Product listing
9.Quick view box
10.Product page (3 tabs – product details, delivery, pre-order by meters, light box)
11.Gift voucher (4 pages)

Ideally I'd like to get this in place in 1 - 2 weeks, but this is for the initial theming of the pages, extensions installed.

I have all images and design in PDF format which doubles up as the brief.

I have a test site setup on the website with some test products & categories in place, which you can have access to.

Please note I shall be working on this project along side of you and don't expect everything in the brief to be done by the Hourly
