Magento template from PSD file

Hi,

I'm open to proposals from UK based developers who have relevant experience in creating Magento templates.

Must have skills are:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, XML

The seller must have experience and a good working knowledge of Magento's layout structure and know how to efficiently change Magento's default layout and add dynamic content from categories and static blocks on to any page within Magento.

The seller must also have a knowledge of good HTML structure for SEO such as appropriate use of title tags, links, content, img alts, etc

The pages in the template are as follows:

 Homepage
 Product List view
o Including all sidebar blocks e.g. Layered navigation, product compare, recently viewed 
 Product Page view
o Including reviews, related products and upsells
 Shopping Cart
o Including cross sells
 Checkout Process
o Checkout (5 steps, 1 page checkout)
o Checkout Success
 Login/register page
 User Account pages
o My Account (dashboard)
o My Account (account info)
o My Account (address book)
o My Account (my orders)
o My Account (my product reviews)
o My Account (my tags)
o My Account (newsletter subscription)
o My Account (my wishlist)
o My Account (Facebook Connect)
o My Account (gift card)
 Standard CMS pages
 Contacts page
 Advanced Search page

All content should be dynamic where possible and Magento extensions can be provided where necessary to help accomplish this.

You will be provided with Magento installed in it's default state with the relevant settings in place. Dummy content and products can be used for creating the template.

The seller must be UK based on contactable within normal working hours.
