Magento Site needs API integration

We are in the process of setting up our website. and need to integrate API from http://livedesigner.com/api/documentation/rest

The designer should allow for customers to upload their own image or use an existing file on the site, place it on specific areas of the selected garment, add text as required.
On completion of the sale, the fulfillmet file would need to be stored within Magento and emailed to our fulfillment email address in the format required for the application.
