Magento Search Feature Fix

I have an issue with a search feature on a website. It is on Magento, and at the moment the search feature comes up with random page titles and numbers when searched. If they are clicked on then it just takes me through to all the products and not the actual thing that I searched for. I would expect there is no more work than a couple of hours.

I will give further details on sucessful appication, but winner will have to sign an NDA, which includes not being able to list this job in any portfolio. Feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to answer them.
