Magento HTML printable invoice template creation

Hi there, and thank you for showing interest in this brief. If all goes well i would consider giving other briefs to the chosen developer. It's important that whoever i choose will speak and write very good english.

The Issue:
To create a printed invoice I presently have to copy all of the data from my Magento order page into a standalone InDesign file template and then print this out onto my header paper. Very time consuming!

The brief:
I would like to have a printable invoice design in HTML within my Magento
e-comeerce site to match the existing PDF i have created within InDesign so i do not have to copy and paste data out of Magento each time i print an invoice.

I will be wanting an 'Exact Match' of my design so please consider the following:

- I would ideally i would like the name and address that is imputed by the customer to have a Capital letter on the first letter and have the Postcode completely in Capitals as per the example provided.

- Ideally i would like the text/typeface to be matching my design (Gotham)

- I would like the pink text " Thanks for shopping with xxxxxxxxxxxxx" stay at the bottom of the tables however long the table is.

- There is a discount row that is sometimes present after the 'Shipping and handling' row that needs to be considered.

- I would like this to include make 3 sets of amendments.

I would like this to start ASAP and be completed by 1st September.
