Magento extension

We need an extension for Magento admin panel. This extension will be made by integrating approximately 8 or 9 webservices, which we already have.
This is an urgent requirement on a fixed price. Timeline for completion is 1 week. 'Completion' means delivery of reviewed (by us) and bug-free code.
However, if completed in less than 7 days (early), there is an additional $150 bonus. Making the total payable amount $300.
