Magento Extension

I'm Looking for a reliable and honest developer to work with for the long term with Magento. First project is a small Magento extension, that has to be packed and must be able to be distributed on Magento Commerce.

The extension is a simple "Ask a Question About This Product" link, that is placed on all products. I would like maybe an Ajax pop-up box if possible, with the Subject pre-filled in with the product name.
