We are looking for a professional and talented Magento Expert to take on this project, who is happy to revise their work/designs until we are satisfied. We want someone amicable, with a good attitude, so that this project can run as smoothly as possible for both parties.
So although we know what we want, in terms of Magento and choosing the Community Version etc; we still need the GUIDANCE of the Expert so all aspects are thought through and considered and best options then selected. You will also be involved in configuring the SEO and Speed optimisation and using the Cache extension for example for giving optimum speed etc.
MAGENTO:
• Must be very aware of all aspects of Magento, its full array of Plug ins and Extensions.
• We have chosen Magento Community for flexibility
• Full CMS integration system will be part of this project; in short you will be delivering a full working website at front and back end with no short cuts!
• You will be involved in selecting the best Hosting Package which is best compatible with Magento to allow automatic updates for example.
• You must give us 2 references for whom you have done work for before we choose you as our developer!
• To have a long term relationship thereafter with maintaining our sites and updates with a monthly plan to be discussed.
• We are looking for someone U.K. BASED who can offer there service to the budget and on time!

DESIGN:
• We realise PHP development work and technical configuration does not go hand in hand with design, so we expect you to have your own designers who you work with to do this aspect of the work.
• But it should again, be with unlimited revisions until we are totally happy.
• We will give very clear and concise ideas of what we expecting in terms of design. We have two in house person very cable and experienced ion the web industry to tell you our requirements precisely in terms of structure.
