Magento Expert Developer needed to code full website re-design + new extensions

I'm after a Magento expert developer to code the full website re-design I've had done plus add some new bits. The graphics etc are in Photoshop and will email these files over to anyone I think is up to the job prior to accepting any bids. A word doc is attached with some more specific info and a link to the current website. I'm after someone who has worked with magento for years and has coded many websites from scratch and not someone who is happy to give it a go. I will be checking websites in your portfolio. Can you also tell me how long you think this will take to finish as I'm keen to get it done asap.
