Magento e-commerce design

I am building a website selling British shoes to the Indian market. I am looking for a UK based designer who can build a magento e-commerce website with a design which looks and feels British.

Initially we are looking for a home page design and up to 8 product pages. We will then approach potential clients (manufacturers and sellers) of British shoes and based on the feedback we get we will develop a full magento website.
