Magento Developer Required for Fixes

We have a website which is called Bigwicks Candles and is a Magento website. We have a few issues we need resolving.

1. For some reason the website was only launched last week but the database is over 1GB which doesn't make sense so we need this looking at
2. The default product image appears stretched so this needs resolving.
3. There is a Loyalty Points System the developer installed which I need to find out how it works and need some assistance with.
4. The logo needs to have the ALT changed to 'Back to home'
5. On a certian category the client has a promo of 10 for £10.00 and we did have an image appear on those products which was a round graphic that said 10 for 10.00 pounds but is now not working.
6. We would also like the price rules setting up as 10 for £10.00 and 12 for £12.00 on a certain product range.
