Free shipping: Carbonless Category– I would prefer that 1 carton = free shipping for 48 contiguous States. The tier pricing would be set at 1 carton (note: 1 carton = 5 to 10 packages depending on the SKU)

if easier for you we could go with Free shipping $99 for carbonless order for 48 contiguous States
All other products would be:
Washington/Oregon – Free shipping $99+ orders
All other contiguous states – charge freight
Taxes – if ship to address in Washington State, we need to charge 9.5%. If we ship to other States do not charge tax.
If a wholesale account in Washington State orders, I would request a resale permit then change them trade account for future order. Would have to credit tax on first order?
