Magento based website updating and ongoing revision

1) Setting up of around 50 products, including images, descriptions and prices. Knowledge of data import required.
2) Updating of images to match new paper based catalogue
3) Marrying of simple products to grouped products so all colours/ sizes show
4) Importing of text from catalogue so website descriptions match catalogue descriptions
5) Ongoing creation of newsletters
6) Creation of blog
7) Requirement to be available to make adjustm,ents as required.

What we need is a time estimate for the above and an hourly rate for ongoing work.
