Magento Affiliate Store using product feeds / CSV updates

I am looking for an experienced professional to build an affiliate store for me using a suitable CMS, magento would be a good start as it has most of the features I need as standard.

I have a design in PSD format that needs slicing and using as a "skin".

The site needs to cover the following;

Product updates via product feeds / csv upload (from linkshare, commission junction etc)
Product info & images from above need mapping out to display as per design
category banner - each category needs an updatable & linkable banner image
Results Refining - the results needs to be filterable (price range, colour, brand, merchant)
Duplicate products need to be removed automatically
a cron job needs setting up to auto update once everything is set up.
I'll install wordpress in a folder - this needs matching to the design of the site.
I also need a copy with installation instructions for fresh installs

Products obviously need to be added to a category and brand.

I have a fixed budget for this project so sensible offers only please as magento covers most of these features as standard so just needs tweaking, I cant build this through work as it is a personal project and my contract forbids it.


If the costing is correct there will be other projects I need completing.
