Magazine publishing - consultant/mentor required for a new venture

We are launching a new magazine (free to the public, ad based revenue model - Surrey area) and currently require a consultant who has experience in this field. It must be someone with relevant experience, ideally someone who "has done it" so knows all the details and challenges "inside-out".

A few sample subjects to discuss are printing, distribution, ad sales, seasonality, timescales, artwork etc. etc. - essentially everything between "the idea" and "magazine landing in consumer mailboxes".

I anticipate we'll need 2-4 hours in total, split into hourly phone call sessions over a few weeks. I suppose, the first two would be:
1) "Tell me all about it" - high level overview from A-Z
2) "QA" - specific questions in regards to certain areas

Then ongoing support, if needed - this is a proposed approach but I'm flexible how we'll do it.

I expect to find a proactive, experienced publisher/entrepreneur who knows the industry, has the ability to actively advise on the subject and contribute to its success.
