Magazine Designer

I am looking for a designer that is able to produce rich content in HTML 5 similar to the below apps.

There is going to be around 100 - 164 pages of editorial which depending on orientation of the device will show different pages. Landscape will be photographic driven while portrait will be text driven.

Please do not response without thoroughly looking through the above apps. Please only supply relevant examples i.e. magazines/books with rich content.

We would prefer to have a designer that is able to visit one of our offices in the UK in Wokingham, Cheltenham or Norwich but isn't essential.
