THERE IS one sheet output sheet

Tab 1 property grid have columns (this sheet is taken as input ) data is dumbed manually

Tab 2 (ADS tab ) here also data is dumped manually
Tab 3 (UW tab ) macro is to be develop for this tab

please note that column family id is same in tab 1 (property grid ) and tab 2 (ads grid )
Mapping is to be done on the basis of family id column
For example if family id 1 has 10 properties in property tab then uw tab will also have 10 row
Those 10 properties will have columns which have data from property tab and ads tab

Please note macro button should search on basis of column name so in future if I add some more column it should identify it and changing sequence of column in tab 1 and tab 2 should not throw an error
