Mac Software Development for photography Proof builder

I require a programme (mac based) for School and Team photography to generate a 6"x9" proof card which can be printed out and issued to each parent for them to make orders online.

I need to be able to place either 2 or 3 images (depending on event) for each child onto the proof card, which includes all the relevant ordering information etc. Each proof card must have its own unique reference number so parents can place order for their preferred image/s.

I would also like to integrate a link directly to paypal buy it now via a phone QR code?

All images should have a watermark.

The ordering information will change slightly from event to event and prices may change over time so it is important that ordering information can be edited easily.

It needs to be completed by end of February so really need to find someone ASAP.
