Mac device finder

We are looking to have an application developed that uses Bonjour as its basis to allow Mac users to install our IP cameras on their systems.

The following illustrates what is required in terms of functionaility which will then enable you to, hopefully, establish how you may look to execute in design/programming terms.

1) User loads program into computer
2) Installer program auto starts
3) User presses 'find camera' button which then finds the camera(s) on the local network and returns with ip addresses for all devices found
4) User clicks on ip address (e.g. 192.168.1.65) for a discovered/displayed camera which automatically takes user to the camera's web interface (i.e. http://192.168.1.65) in their web browser

As you will glean from the above outline the main programming element is the 'network device finder' - this should ideally limit devices found specifically to our cameras and not all network devices and hence we are happy to furnish you with one of our cameras to enable you to fine tune it for this purpose as well as any other information required to do this.
