LVT specialist lawyer

We seek a specialist lawyer with experience in administration and proceedings with Leasholder Valuation Tribunal.

Timeline is urgent. Item 1. should be delivered by 3rd Feb or 10 Feb at the latest.
Please reply stating your experience with LVT proceedings.
Please name your per hour price and estimated workload as well as full budget.

We seek following advice:
1. On a draft letter.
All leasholders received an unexpected letter inviting to join in LVT proceedings. Letter was sent by the management company being taking to LVT by about 29 other leasholders.
Advice on how and if to reply to this letter, the form of reply and any rights and obligations such action will create.
Considerations:
- all leasholders experience similar of cost to quality issues with major works delivered
- discussions with management company about these issues are still ongoig
- evidence considering these issues are still being documented

2. Should we decide to join LVT - how to prepare an LTV case. We'd be also looking for a legal representative to support us at LVT.
